    Luckily I only paid $70 for these through 'WOOT' because they are CHEAP. Thin leather, thin 'rubber/plastic' no arch support. Of course all I can compare them to are old LLBean winter boots or newer quality Merrills. For the price I expected a LOT more. They are worth 'MAYBE' $20 - I say " luckily I only paid $70 through Woot" because their return policy reads like ' if a returned item is not damaged it may be subject to a 15% return charge' ... so, that on top of shipping and the hassle, I'll keep them and try to make them work when I'm in desperate need of foot ware.

    If I could give it 0 stars I would, Teva missed the mark on this one by a mile. First, the insert is way to narrow not size 9 but at least 2 sizes too small. I did manage to squeeze my foot in it after 15min struggle just to see if I can. Two, there is no arch support whatsoever. Three, the insert is not attached to the bottom of the boot and just flops around meaning to get them on you have to squeeze your foot into that stupid insert first and then into the boot. Needless to say this abomination of a boot is going back. I love Teva but may be they should just stick with making sandals, boots is not their cup of tea.

    Don't believe all the bad reviews, these are good boots. They are lightweight, yes, but warm and very waterproof. I ordered a size large because of some reviews and they are a good size too big-had to return them for normal size. They are a little on the narrow side but not too bad. They also feel so light that they seem flimsy but I was expecting that in a light-weight boot. Not bad at all when you remember that. I ordered these for my boy because I have the Teva Bormio and I really like those and THOSE ARE a half size too small, but not these. These Highlines are nice, easy on-easy off and comfortable. My boy goes out into the snow with me now (with mid-weight socks) and he lasts all day. If you are going to do a lot of standing around in the cold and snow these may not be warm enough, but we stay active and they are just fine.

    Very light and comfortable boots. Not designed for heavy snow but very warm and insulated for light to medium snowfall. Beware they have an inner boot so putting them on and taking them off can be challenging. Other than that I am very happy with my Teva boots.

    Don't understand why these boots get the one-star ratings. Yes, the liner is a little tight first time you put them on, but at least for me, they wore in quickly and now fit just fine. I normally wear size 10 1/2 shoes; bought size 11 in these boots. They are water tight and fairly warm. I'm in Maine and wore them for a couple of hours playing in the snow with my granddaughter yesterday and they were quite comfortable. I wouldn't compare them with my $200 extreme cold weather boots, but they fit in my snow shoe bindings, which the heavy duty boots won't.

    They seem to be closed out (perhaps because of all the bad reviews?) but I consider them a great bargain at 40 bucks. REI is selling them for $86. And Amazon even offers free return if you don't like them. How can you lose?

    I have size 12W feet. So I went up a size to 14. I never would have thought a pair of boots could feel this comfortable on my feet. I had an accident and my larger foot (right foot) is swollen up and I had to take out the sock liner to wear both boots. I can't wait for my foot to return to normal size and I can wear both sock liners because my right toes get a little cold in the freezing weather. These boots are fantastic and I would purchase them again in a second.

    We just received the boots. They look fine and are lightweight. They are thin, but my son's youth snow boots were thinner. He says they are comfortable and soft inside. The way the boots designed is that inner part is narrow at the top with some stretchable material, but does not stretch that much, so it is not easy to put them on and take off. If boots have free shipping both ways, I would recommend to try them on to see how easy it is put them on.
