One of the easiest to configure. While the included booklet is sparse they have a PDF download on their website for every mode this router is capable of. If you do networks this might be worth considering as a "stock" device because it can do pretty much everything. Tech support by email and phone is available but they call you back so don't necessarily count on instant help. But when I called for some advice I did get a call back within an hour. I have two of these, one feeding a 12 Dbi omni antenna 15 feet up to cover my whole property plus one at a neighbors as a client to send my signal inside for their kids school work.

I did have trouble getting it to function properly as a repeater so went with client mode and a second wifi router inside.

An excellent value for the money. I replaced an old LinkSys with this router and have found it to be quite amazing. With the turbo mode kicked on I can get a good wifi signal at a neighbors house a couple of doors down and across the street. Pretty much line-of-sight between there and the router, but still quite a range! Setup is easy and I had it going in just a couple of minutes after unpacking it. Recommended.

I bought this to use as an access point but even after a lengthy chase of information on the company's website and another lengthy set up process that went wonky at one point and asked me to input a 64 digit password.. yes 64 digits... I finally got it set up.... and then no internet. Try as I might, no matter what process I used, this router wouldn't function as anything besides a router. I had to completely replace my old router with this one. The reason I give it 3 stars instead of less is that it actually has a great range. I get four bars where before I got one. However, some days the signal is steady and others it cuts in and out... so 3 stars. I might have given it even less if I hadn't got this as an Amazon deal and only paid $28 for it.

These need a firmware update. I bought them because they're small and take an external antenna. Plus they're advertised as being 'universal'. I tried to connect to an existing network and shoot a signal about 60M (to a guest house) using outdoor antennas and even though I had a strong signal the speed would drop until it became unusable. I tried WDS to WDS+AP and AP to Repeater, and neither mode worked for more than a few hours. Then I tried Client(at the source) to AP, and that seemed to stay connected but it won't route DHCP requests back out of the AP to the Client where the main house router is forcing me to manually configure all devices at the AP. It was going to take a 3rd router to have a usable AP at the guest house. I give up. In the end I stuck a couple of old DDWRT G-mode routers in and it works like a champ.

I have to say I never herd of the brand Netis, up it's good push the turbo make it good, The two dual band linksys router that i had they good, but I walk through the house with my Galaxy tablets to check the strength. I get one or three bars less them all five. But this hear, I did the same and I got all bars through out the house. It's good but the weakness is sluggish for streaming online or if having a media device like Roku, amazon fir tv or more. But i'm working on fixing that. its good I got this because a wifi booster from AmpedWireless wouldn't work on dual band and 500mW or less.
