2. Expected quality for price. This is mid range price for a mid range product.
3. MEASURE your dog- There are no shortcuts. Follow the suggested sizes. Do not order what your dog "normally wears". My 9lb min pin wears a medium. I bought a large and it almost did not fit her wide chest but is a touch long on her legs (not too long though).
4. There is no give to the fabric. Size up. These are made for small breeds. So an XL is still a "small" dog size.
