Although the product is exactly as pictured and made to spec, the design is fundamentally flawed in that it relies on a central set screw to hold everythin on - I found that the whole thing shot loose within a few rounds, and that the set screw would loosen. Additionally the device was so large that the single set screw was insufficient to hold the whole thing in place well so even with use of loctitle the optic wouldnt hold a zero as a result.

Works fine on normal rails, just dont use on a bb gun or airsoft with a plastic rail. The mounts pull the adapter up to secure it. This causes three problems so far: it can move somewhat, it has to be slid on so if you have a scope or something, it has to come off, or in my case it would require removing the rail. Because its impossible to get it on period. And last it cant go on a bb gun or simmilar. I will recommend that you consider these before purchasing and Im sticking to clamp on configurations for now on. I didnt realize the trouble this would cause till now. Its made well but Im just trying to give you a heads up before buying it. If you can live with it going into place and not moving it often then great because it is useful for some setups, just not most. I like moving things around too often. Which is why i like the rails in the first place.

Now this little odd pic accessory has proven to be interesting. It is big and heavy but well built. I dont like the screws at all they striped quickly and easily. This works well if you mount it directly on top of your firearm. If you mount it to the side the weight of the mount throws off the balance. That is to be expected but it is a heavier mount than I expected. It is what it is and you get what you pay for. It works ok overall.

These aren't terrible, but just too bulky and too much weight...but considering what it is, I don't think it's reasonable to expect anything different (there's not much of a way to machine these smaller). Overall, just my opinion, I don't like the pieces because of the size and weight (although not much, it does make a difference). It would be beneficial if you're looking for some extra ounces to compensate for barrel rise however. I'd go with the single 45 mount(s) if you're wanting to give these offsets a try. One more thing to note is that the hex screws do not line up well with standard mil-spec rails. you have one flat tipped screw that tightens fine, but the other one is a pointed tip and should have been machined about 1.5mm closer to the other screw hole. It did cause slight damage (burrs) on my upper.

This is one sweet deal. $6. Its plenty durable. Fast shipping. One of the only dual 45 degree picatinny adaptors on Amazon. I was worried because it was so inexpensive. Its inexpensive but not cheap. You will be surprised. Works great. I do suggest blue locktite thread locker to keep it snug.

fit is nice and snug. it is what it is, not the prettiest but functional. I would recommend taking a alan wrench with you if you plan to shoot a lot with this attached, or if it is going to be a permanent fixture jb weld the nuts in place.
