    Worst pair of boots I have ever purchased, These boots have almost fallen completely apart within 3 months of normal use. All of the seams have started busting open, and the sole is coming off. 3 MONTHS!!!! I paid $100 for this crap and I called timberland cust. service and was told to contact the store i got them from. The store wouldnt replace them because they were worn already and timberland wont replace them because somehow it is the stores fault. I give up! NEVER AGAIN will I purchase Timberlands.

    The sole is a bit thicker than i expected, I don't like wearing shoes with heals, but these are okay and they are super comfortable. i like the fact i can tie them tight and then take them on and off by using the zipper. great shoe.

    Excellent shoe as described and quality to go with. I asked for wide and received it but could be wider. If you need WIDE as I do (bunion) try to find in E Width! Because the toe area is soft and flexes (a nice feature) I am able to use them but if more sensitive try first, otherwise Great Shoe.

    There was no real break in period. I have always hated lacing up my shoes and now I am done with that task. The zipper works great. I have not yet tested the waterproof feature.

    Same size in McClellen 6" Side zip boots fit perfect out of the box. These were tight and uncomfortable. Will be returning these and trying to get a wider width.
