I have zero experience with anything bagpipe-related. But this chanter shipped pretty quick, and it's hella usable right out of the box. So of course the first thing I try to do is play 'scotland the brave' only my version is more like Scotland the flapping buttsqueak. But I'll get better with practice.

If you've had any woodwind experience at all, you can definitely separate notes by tapping your tongue to the mouthpiece.

Really, the best way to describe the sound is pretend you're a snake charmer.

It's a good, sturdy instrument, I expect to be annoying my pets with this for a long time.
