This is a great device. I can plug two guitars into the box and always have a ready standby in case I break a string while playing. Also great for quickly switching to a different guitar for a different sound e.g. Single coil to dual humbuckers.

Only drawback is the led stays on all of the time as long as a guitar is plugged in, this eats batteries. I solved that problem by just plugging into my octopus power strip for my pedal board.

I love it and will buy another if I need to have more capability.

Great pedal, well built and the switches are sturdy! The look and feel are great. The LED (blue) lights are very bright, there is no way your not going to see which channel you are on even in full direct sun. I did my research and I'm glad i did. This pedal loses No Tone at all!. Some pedals will suck the higher frequencies as a byproduct of the way they are built. Not this one which is a big plus. I use this pedal so I can run a signal to my looper pedal , an older Boss RC, (which does degrade the original sound :( Once my loop is established, I can run a second signal around the looper to either the second input of my amp, or my second amp. Unfortunately the Boss pedal degrades any sound that runs through it, even if it is in bypass mode. I run this pedal at the end of my chain, except for the Boss Looper , and it sounds great.

No spikes when switching. I wish it had a Off/On Switch
and I will probably add one later. Seems to be good quality.
You have to unplug the input jack to turn it off. Not a good
design and is hard for wear and tear on 1/4 Jacks.

Fender builds great guitars and amps. They should stick to their strengths. This thing is junk. It goes hum, buzz, crackle and pop while it attenuates your signal by about half.

If you need an ABY box, get a Morley.

I have now gone through two of these units the first one the A side stopped working completely and the second one the B did not work out of the box nor did the A and B. I am using this to play two amps at the same time I don't understand why Fender made such a piece of crap.

This pedal does not work if two guitars players want to jam into one amp,the volume and tone controls on the guitar plugged into input A affects the guitar plugged into input B and vice versa, when A and B is selected.
