I recently purchased a new PC and was feeling a little overwhelmed in transitioning from Windows 7 to the new look of the Windows 8 operating system. I decided to purchase this interactive tutorial, and I'm glad I did; it made the learning process much easier.

and nothing more to do with a small ball company with horrible customer service

I am fed up trying to deal with this Individual Software company. I have written 3 emails over a month trying to resolve an issue that my download didn't work. I have been downloading software successfully for over 25 years since Windows 95. The only response I get out of them is that I am not clicking the right buttons. Enough already arguing with them over a 7 dollar program. I want a refund from Amazon, and nothing more to do with a small ball company with horrible customer service. I just talked to a very nice Amazon representative Ketanya and she resolved the issue for me by issuing me a refund. Amazon has great customer service.
