You know when trainers talk down to you? You know when they tell you to do ridiculous things you could/would never do?
If you like that stuff, avoid this book. This is real information from a real guy. And it is super practical. I can do these things and get real results without a huge time commitment. This little book will make you healthier and more fit!

I read this book and really enjoyed the information provided. Matt Dragon lays out his tips in an easy to read and follow format, which provides a great deal of information and tips for fitness for busy people. I already exercise regularly and know the joys it brings, to myself as a person and as a professional. But Matt provides additional tips and resources, that help to make me a better, overall, person and professional.

I would highly recommend this book to busy professionals. It provides excellent motivation to help you realize that no matter how busy you think you are, there is always time for fitness.

I'm the type of person that goes to the gym and wants to do every exercise so I can leave there dead tired. This makes me feel good about my workouts because I put in 100% and did all I could. When I started doing workouts designed by Matt I quickly felt like I wasn't doing enough. One of the most important things I learned from him was that when you train the right way less can really be more. I told Matt exactly what I wanted to accomplish - leaner legs and 10 chin ups. He designed a great workout program for me and I progressed every week to reach my end goal. Matt did an awesome job and it was a great feeling to see the results of his program and all my hard work! This book has a ton of great tips that will help you experience and put to use much of Matt's life changing knowledge.

Matt thank you for all you have done for me. This book will help everyone that reads it. I have worked personally with Matt for a while now. His methods really do work. Matt truly understands the human body and what will make it work better. I have never worked with anyone that studies the body the way Matt does. Making the body work, look and feel better is his passion. In just a few sessions I was feeling better about myself. I had people noticing the changes I was making to my appearance.
