Pretty-ish. VERY shimmery. It's nice for a quick wash of colour on the eyes or cheeks. Use a light hand and a soft brush. I balance it with mates. Applies smoothly and blends nicely. It wears well, for me. I don't recommend trying to use this as a bronzer! It's best as an eye shadow and highlighter.

I am very happy with this. I wanted something to add a little highlight on the top of my cheeks. I also wanted something to use along side a matte eye shadow on a separate occasion. This is perfect. It is very pigmented making a little go a long way.

This product is not "little girl" sparkly, it is shiny. Sometimes that is hard to find. Too much shine on the face looks sort of gaudy but this is just perfect to accent one area at a time. I like to pick products that don't have a ton of toxins and junk in them too. I was happy to see this was paraben free and has no talc as well. I know it is hard to get away from all toxins but I do try my best.

Edit: I just figured out the back opens up on this to a mirror with two brushes! I don't know why I never tried to open the back.

I am a makeup junkie. I love most Physicians Formula product's but they are hard to find in my area. I had heard that the Shimmer Strips are a dupe for the Bobby Brown Shimmer Brick. Unfortunately their is too much shimmer for my taste. It's not a bad product it's just not my favorite.

These shadows are good and for being cruelty free AND hypoallergenic, i GOTTA give them credit. However, they are not as intense color so i have to use a ton of shadow to get the coverage of another eyeshadow like revlon, etc. YET because they hypoallergenic and cruelty free I am absolutely willing to make that compromise.

I was looking for a new highlighter, not really interested in using it for anything else, even though they suggest it can also serve as eyeshadow, blush or bronzer, which I don't recommend.
I watched a few videos, read a few reviews, and the original shimmer strips from Physicians Formula seemed to be a hit. As I came across this newer and apparently improved version, I thought I couldn't go wrong with it, since it had even more colors and much nicer packaging. Wrong! I am very disappointed at how glittery this thing is, there is no way I am putting it on my face! I was looking for a nice glow, even a slight shimmer, not the disco ball effect.
Now, the packaging is adorable, but the product seems to be more adequate to teens. If you don't mind all the glitter you might like it, otherwise, stay away.
