The rack is very large, almost too big, but nice. There is a design flaw though, it just doesn't stay up on the shower arm. The suction cups don't help. And within a couple days, what little they did do is worn out. They are not strong enough to hold the weight and size. It slips down on the shower arm. That said, it is aluminum and won't rust, so I didn't want to give up on it. Another reviewer mentioned using zip ties, but I worried I wouldn't be able to get it off. So I found these. .. gear ties. Bought here on Amazon. Put the tie on, and problem solved! It hasn't budged in over a week, and will easily be removed if ever needed. They should sell these together, as you Will really need them! I will post the link in the comments below. I plan on never buying another shower rack again, and never deal with the rusting ones again either!

I wish I could say I loved this organizer but it's more annoying than helpful for me. In my shower, the water flow bounces off the rack and sends water all over the place. If I angle the shower head up, it's too high to reach me. The included suction cups are useless on my tile. The rack shelves are oddly deep and my bottles topple over. The positives are that it is lightweight and looks very nice. It's just not functional for me. I will include a photo of the rack next to an everyday item most of us have in our homes for a size comparison. It's not a deep as a gallon of milk. I just pictured it with that so you can gauge the height.

Attractive, sturdy, nice lines. After going through more chrome rusted caddies, this is a nice change. My only complaint is that the bottom shelf (not the soap dish) is not tall enough for a medium bottle of shampoo - it's 8 inches high. You can see in the photo that the conditioner bottle doesn't fit. The suction cups don't work on my tile (it's not smooth) but they kind of steady the caddy.

If this weren't rust-proof, it would get 3 stars. But there are few good choices among rust-proof caddies.

Curiously, though the single basket is the shortest of the three aluminum caddies Zenna/Zenith makes, it has the most shelf height - 13.5" (vs. 11.5" and 10"). But even that won't be enough if you have a very large shower head.

Other than this, it's pretty bare bones:

Pros:
- Will-Never-Rust!
- Adequate shelf height
- Not too tall - the OXO/simplehuman stainless caddies are 28"+
- Pleasant finish (silver)

Cons:
- Basket wires bend easily (but not the main frame)
- Slides down shower stem (I used the plastic ring from my old shower caddy to hold it in place)
- Lame suction cups (tip: fill the cups with water with a spray nozzle before pushing them flat - sticking 3 days and counting)
- Suction cups can only be adjusted right-left. They just happened to not fall on a horizontal grout line in my shower
- Only one shelf for bottles (suggestion to Zenith: lengthen by 4" and make bottom shelf a combo bottle/soap shelf)
- Hooks should be in back, not up front
- ? razor holder (that thing in front?)
- Doesn't support inverted bottles (but the wires are so flimsy you could just bend them apart)

So, if you straighten the basket wires when it arrives, figure out the suction cups, tape or rubber band the hanger in place, don't have too much stuff and don't need a razor holder, it's actually pretty good!

Dimensions:

Height of top shelf (to top of hanger): 13.5"
Height of bottom shelf: 6.25"

The good news is that the rack is made out of aluminum, so it will not rust in the shower. The bad news is that the rack is made out of aluminum, so it bends easily. The first one shipped to me arrived with several bent parts. Thanks to Amazon's great return policy, I got a new one quickly, which arrived with only two slightly bent parts. I decided to all it a day and just bend them back into place. So as long as you don't lean on it, or bump it too hard with a shampoo bottle, it should be a nice caddy. I like the layout/design. 5 stars if it did not bend so easily.

I recently had a chance to try out the Zenna NeverRust Over-the-Showerhead Caddy and as luck would have it I had just begun the process of looking (yet again) for another shower-caddy as our existing caddies in my master bathroom were well rusted and in need of recycling.

I've had the Zenna shower-caddy installed for a bit under two weeks and I'm happy to say that both my wife and I are very pleased with the product though it does have one glaring issue that I'll cover in a bit. First things first, this shower-caddy is not cheap! However, in fairness it is entirely made of aluminum and should not rust. The two shower-caddies that I just recycled were not aluminum, however, I was careful to coat them (three times!) in spray-on clear rust inhibitor (Rust-Oleum brand). Ultimately while that Rust-Oleum likely enhanced the longevity of those shower-caddies they did in fact rust. For the aluminum construction alone this is a nice caddy.

The next bit that we like is that this is a very good looking shower-caddy. The aluminum construction is done quite well and I'd compare it to brushed nickel products that are in use in our home's faucets and fixtures. Our shower is tile and the Zenna caddy seems to work perfectly with our shower.

I've read some of the other reviews complaining about the over-the-showerhead design and I'm happy to say that in my bathroom the Zenna has performed quite well. In addition to the over-the-showerhead loop at the top (with plastic grip) there are two suction cups included. Unfortunately for me those suction cups aren't of much use as they fall exactly at a grout joint. Still this caddy has stayed put and hasn't moved or slipped off of our showerhead.
