I love macaroons so when we rescued our beagle/basset mix I had to get this for him. Charles looks super cute in it! He weighs about 23 pounds and the medium adjusts well to his size. I bought the leash to match, and I wish they had a harness in this pattern.

My review should cover any Blueberry brand collar in a Small or Medium size, as that's what I bought and have used now.

This review is for the likely seasonal stock Macaroon collar, which has a light blue background and very pretty, colorful and realistic macaroon cookies printed all around. There is also a matching leash, but you may have to go up in width as the small size is not currently available. We did go up to the leash available, and it looks just fine with a smaller diameter collar.
I think ANY small breed dog or puppy. male or female, could wear this as way to show ID and vaccination status, but not necessarily for walking.
Ours was bought for and is being worn for ID tag purposes by our little Maltese boy who is our "foodie" dog. I laughed when I saw it, it is so much " him". Our little Bijou, proud new owner of the Macaroon collar and slightly larger width matching leash, had a follow up appointment at our vet's today for evaluation of a healing small corneal abrasion. Everyone in the vet's office, both staff and clients, came to look at our boys in their new "gear" as my husband calls it. They were a huge hit, more than ever before, and it's the colorful new leashes ( and matching collars) everyone wanted to see, not their walking harnesses which they have had since they were 6 months old.

They are almost 8 years old now, and this is Bijou's first collar. He doesn't mind wearing it at all, doesn't paw or shake his head or otherwise try to get it off.Read more ›

I bought this for a 14 lbs dog, but I did not want to put a narrow collar on her so I had bought another collar at walmart and I am glad I did because this one was narrow and did not look as wide as the picture. She will be wearing the walmart collar and this one will be put back for my blind snoodle for when I need to replace his collar. I was a disappointed, but did like the colors

My puppy loves this collar. Very sturdy. Cute too. Ordered a medium but too big. I have a pug-dashunnd mix. Emailed Amazon and rec'd return sticker that same day. Never got around to returning it since my pup loves it and wanted to wear. Plan to order a small so she can wear when away from home.

Very disappointed with this collar. It immediately stretched to the point where I couldn't use it on my dog. She's still got a lot of puppy in her so she pulls some when on her leash, but the collar is so thin that it took no time for it to stretch out.

This collar is absolutely adorable! The colors are very vibrant and the graphics are clear. We've only had it for about a month, but so far the plastic clasps have held up nicely and the adjustable buckle hasn't allowed the collar to loosen up at all. My only wish is that the matching leash came in a size longer than 4 feet so I could've bought the matching set!
