    So I never really post negative reviews but I feel obliged to do so in this case. I bought these glasses in March 2015. They were my second pair of these glasses. In October 2015 I got into the car and picked up the glasses from the car seat - inside). The lens promptly fell out on my lap. I was really disappointed as the glasses were approximately 6 months old and they are not cheap. No fear I thought Oakley is a reputable company and I'll send them back and see if I can claim on the warranty - right? Wrong.. On my first call I was informed that they had to be inspected and that a determination would be made on whether they were covered under warranty. I had an idea about what was coming..

    Yesterday I got a call from Oakley and I was told that my claim was declined I was not offered an explaination of why - when I was asked I was told that a technician had determined that I had "abused" the lens and that they could replace the lens for $60. I have never "Abused" my glasses and I am very careful with them. I rarely return anything so I found the "abuse' accusation from Oakley a huge trigger word for me.

    Here is the bit I am embarrassed about - I was so annoyed with the word abuse that I told the customer service person that I did not want to spend another $60 on replacing lens and they could throw the glasses in the garbage. I am on my third pair of Oakley sunglasses and first pair of prescription glasses. I would have been a lifetime customer of Oakley as I like decent glasses - But not any more.

    Oakley - your glasses should last longer than 6 months - you are supposed to make a quality product and in this case I have not found that to be the case.    Read more ›

    These are the best glasses!!! They are lightweight & comfortable. Love the interchangeable lens. I have worn Oakley for years and they are always great quality. I have several different models but I like these the best. I have replaced the lens in several pairs in the past and it extends the life of glasses by years. I was happy to find Oakleys on Amazon at a lot less than regular retailers or even the outlet stores.

    I love the look of these glasses, they were comfortable..I have kind of a big head and the fit was perfect for me. I had to return them because the lenses are barely tinted...you can see your eyes perfectly through the lenses...they looked like safety goggles. Very disappointed with this I don't know why they would not make the lenses darker. After all, they are SUNglasses
