Has done everything I've asked it to do so far. Put windows 8.1 on it and had to find a driver update for the adaptive keyboard though FYI. Lightweight, good battery life, solid keyboard. Screen leaves a little to be desired BUT I expected that when I bought it. So, 5/5.

Terrible Customer Service
High chances of requiring repair four times within first six months of purchase, so I barely had time to use it effectively as it was in the depot most of the time

I've been using Thinkpads for decades: when one dies, I just buy another. This one (the latest in the series) is VERY good -- I got it after seeing one that a friend had.
It has everything that you'd want in laptop, plus a higher-res screen. I'll be happy with it, until Lenovo comes out with a significantly better one.

Lenovo went too far with this new keyboard. The mouse buttons are one pad. There is no insert key which makes using terminal programs difficult. Otherwise, lightweight, good screen, long battery. I bought 10.
