I alternate between this and crystal light lemonade for the gym. I find it makes the water much more interesting and stops me getting dehydrated because I actually finish the water bottle. I actually use one packet for 2 regular water bottles and find it still gives a good flavor, no cloying aftertaste, and no calories! Can't ask for more than that. This is a regular on our shopping list and I keep it in my cart all the time and watch the prices, because every so often Amazon gives a really good discount and then I buy 2-3 and that keeps me going for a while.

Love it, would happily recommend it to everyone.

When I first started cutting out extra sugar, I wanted to try a sweet drink that didn't have a lot of calories, but also didn't taste artificial. I decided to try Crystal Light because it is an established brand, and was along the lines of what I was looking for. I tried it, and I coulldn't tell at all that it was sugar free. Some artifical sweeteners can cause an odd taste and aftertaste, but I have never experienced that with Crystal Light at all. It is one of my favorite brands now. I can't wait to try all of them. It's only 5 calories for an 8 oz serving so I don't feel guilty when I drink this. Great flavor - sweet without being too sweet.

Love these. Don't be thrown off by the fact it's only a pack of 6. For me, each pack makes enough lemonade to fill at least 2 standard sized water bottles. It's sweet but not so sweet that I feel like I'm drinking Kool Aid.. Will definitely purchase again!

I got bored drinking water... Bored no more! This is a refreshing flavor and I usually put one packet in a 32 oz bottle because I don't like it too strong. If you like really strong flavor, use one packet on a 16 oz bottle.

Strong pink lemonade flavor. I don't see that it gives much of an energy boost. The packaging can be a bit of a pain. The packages don't always rip in the right spot and it will rip down the side spraying purple powder everywhere.

I was looking for the individual packets of Crystal Light (for a 16 oz bottle) and came across this item in pink lemonade flavor. This was the first time that I had seen this lfavor. I had previously gotten the individual packets in various flavors (honey and green tea, raspberry ice, raspberry lemonade) but have been unable to find them so it was great to find the pink lemonade flavor. I have been enjoying them since I got them.
