With four women in our family who use feminine products, we have tried out all of them over the years and Kotex is our preferred brand in tampons. Other brands have drawbacks in comfort & security due to the way their shape transforms when saturated, but Kotex has never caused complaints. Highly recommended!

I'm a larger girl and many of the other brands of tampons just didn't work for me.. they were uncomfortable and hard to insert. These are super easy to put in and I barely notice they're there. I do find that the supers will leak on really heavy days, but I don't feel like it's a failing of the product. I think that's just how much I bleed and that my.. ahem.. is shorter then average.

This is a great value box of tampons. I like that the multi pack will last me at least two months and I won't have to run back to the store each month or worry that I will run out. The real reason I buy this is because they do what they are supposed to do and I don't have to worry that they will be uncomfortable or not work because they do work and once in, you don't even notice they are there.

After years, I have settled on these. I've got a small frame, but also bleed quite excessively during my periods at this stage of my life (in my 50's - not boring, though!). These don't leak. They are big, and I can feel that they are there. And, I do change them frequently. These cause me the least amount of trouble of everything I've tried.

It seems that I am only one, who has very uncomfortable wearing them. I do think it is not from the size. Somehow I drag the tampon down during the installation and that what brings this feeling of discomfort Never happened with Pearl. I think U Turn had a great idea, but the result could be better.

First off, these are huge for being regular sized tampons. I bought a box of just regulars, not this split pack. I'm terrified to know how large the supers are in comparison. I can barely get these in without having to prepare myself beforehand. They're longer, too, than I'm used to. It's not a comfortable feeling when your tampon is peeking out, let me tell you. TMI, TMI, say what you will. These are just too darn big. I actually gave up after the 7th one and used my box of Playtex supers, and uh...those are half the size of these "regulars". I think something's wrong with this picture.

The reason for 3 stars is because...well, these don't leak. The playtex ones have a tendency to leak before they've finished their job, but I'd rather have comfort over security in this respect.

Sure they're big and almost uncomfortable to remove but I've never had a leak or any real issue with them. They're tampons, they won't solve the worlds problems but they won't let you down.
