I've tried many different versions of Breathe Right Strips. I think I like the Extra version best. The other versions did the job, mostly, but I always wished it was a bit stronger and opened my nostrils just a bit more. Thankfully the Extra version fills the bill. The adhesive is super strong. Other versions would sometimes peel off at night because of my oily nose. These never have in the months that I've been using them. With that said, the adhesive is strong enough to take a little skin with it if you try to take off the strip too quickly. I slowly peel off the strip, rolling from one side to the other. But anyway, these things help me wake up refreshed instead of feeling like I've suffocated all night.

A good number of reviews have already been written, so I'm gonna be concise.

Pros:
- Firm hold. I use these to run and sleep, and never had an issue with the strips coming out. Other strips (either the regular ones or the "Advanced") do not hold as firmly, that's why I stick to "Extra" (no pun intended).

- I breathe better when using them during my runs.

- They reduce my snoring significantly, but not 100& (OK, I'm not a heavy snorer, but my wife loves that).

- When removing these strips, zero negative impact in my skin, other than a minute or so of slight red in the area.

Cons:
- Nothing major... perhaps the fact that they need to be perfectly placed to take effect (better doing this in front of a mirror).

I have trouble breathing through my nose when I sleep. This strip is the perfect solution. The "Extra" part of the strip really does give you extra lift to breathe easier. I highly recommend it.

I can't pass a night without one of these on. It seems that as soon as I get in bed my sinuses close up. nasal sprays only dry and irritate my sinuses. But the Breathe Right strip opens up my nasal airway with no side affect

works fine. adhesive sticks better than the "advanced" but you should probably
follow the instructions if used nightly and remove in the shower to avoid
skin irritation.

I love these things, and have been using them for years. It's actually hard to believe that they work so good considering there is no medication involved. It's basically just a band aid over the nose that works exceptionally well. I put them on just before bed and never wake up or am in any way bothered by a stuffy nose all night. In fact my breathing is as clear upon awakening as it is when I go to sleep. As for these fitting me, they seem a little large when first unwrapped, but they fit over my nose perfectly. I never have a hard time getting them to stick, and they never unravel when I am sleeping. Just remember that the very ends of these are supposed to stick up just a little. You should be able to take your finger and feel a very small gap at the very end of them over the nostril. Don't go crazy trying to get the ends to stick. They are designed that way on purpose, and no amount of pressing or fussing with them will get the ends to stick anyway...

In conclusion, I sleep alone here and cant really tell of they help, or if I even have any snoring problem at all. But I do know that I sleep soundly with these and never wake up with a stuffy nose. Very dependable and very much recommended... : )

For some weird reason I tend to clog up after being asleep for several hours. This prevents this and allows me to sleep and with no snoring, allows my wife to sleep. Easy to slap n the old honker and does the job. Sticks well in fact so well that it feels like my skin is coming off in the morning but..............it doesn't. Good stuff.
