My initial impression was very good. I wore it for a few days with no issues. That changed though after the first few wearing I noticed that the steam between the fleece and the knitting was coming apart. It continued to worsen so I felt that it was in need of an exchange. I returned it to Amazon and received a replacement. The replacement lasted the same amount of careful usage and showed the same wear in the same place. I have since returned the replacement and have given up on this hat. Would not recommend.

I grabbed this hat last winter as a gift for my girlfriend. She is smaller girl with long, soft blonde hair. The hat fit her like a glove. She has a smaller head, and while mine was bigger, it still fit on my head quite snug. It is extremely warm and I can tell just by looking at it that it is well-made. I really can't point out any flaws in the product. It is well put together, and the material is fantastic. It's only fall and she has already begun wearing it for this winter season.
