I decided to try making my own sushi at home and picked this up at the local grocer along with a bottle of Musashi Spicy Mayo and I love both! This sauce may not be as sweet as those found in sushi restaurants, but in my opinion, it's just as delicious. It adds tons of flavor and completed the sushi taste. Will definitely be rebuying for future sushi needs :)

These do have high fructose corn syrup. Not sure where the corn comes from, so I will consider making my own from now on (I do not want to support unregulated GMO). Taste-wise, this IS supreme Unagi. Buy it and love it, then try to re-create your own! It's good, and I love the stuff.
