I've been dieting by buying from restaurants that post their caloric counts. Then, for meals at home, I use fruit and canned or boxed meals with caloric information. These keep on a shelf, they heat easily, and they taste good.

A good inexpensive meal for one. Put a bit of canned, dehydrated or fresh veg with it and there ya go. Remember all Compleats are not the same. Get the mixed group and figure out which ones better. I usually have thanksgiving alone, but find the turkey and dressing, "dressed" up with Harmony House vegetables of your choice, a couple of Parker House and a couple slices of punkin' pie of whatever you enjoy and this make for a a grateful , warm, celebratory T-giving for me! Hope this helps and y'all will have a happy and healthy season.

Wish I could give these minus stars. Hormel must have been out to lunch when they came up with these. Horrible taste, texture, appeal. In short everything you never wanted in your food. Plus ridiculous amount of sodium. Chewing cardboard would be better than these. Amazed that some people gave these five stars. I'm sad for them. Hope they someday enjoy what real food tastes like. Nothing this bad is worth the convenience. Wish Hormel could read these reviews!
