I was happy to find this little duplex device to use for my worldwide conferences calls. Standard speaker phone features of base phones make communicating with other countries very difficult. Note: This device gave off a ton of static initially. AT&T support stated that the device base should be plugged into a separate wall socket from the parent AT&T business phone. The static is now minimal and seems to allow "duplex" conversations with my colleagues (UPDATE: My worldwide colleagues complained about the quality of my voice continually, so I had to stop using this device)

Great little wireless speaker, but limited connectivity. AT&T does not accurately report which phones it will work with and which ones will not work. I had to purchase 2 different phones as a result of poorly reporting which phones are compatible. Make sure the phone has a locate remote button on the phone.

I just received my speaker and registered yesterday to work with my new AT&T Corded plus 2 Cordless. The battery back cover does not click properly to lock, I even removed and reinserted the battery 3 times just in case, I hopw I will not have to tape it to keep it in place. The sound is ok but not better than my old T&T cordless phones but it is better than my new AT&T phones. I think that if the cordless phones would have the speaker not so weak but properly loud and good like my old model I would have saved the money, on my old ones I could be distant and hear it good. I found myself buying an extra gadget and spending extra money when I initially bought new phones that were bragging about the quality of sound but on both cordless it is very weak and faint at maximum volume even when adjusted with the EQ, I probably SHOULD HAVE SEARCHED MORE REVIEWS and not have had to buy an extra gadget which brought the phone cost up 60% making it not comparable to other makers.

It beats the heck out of the speaker on the phone system I was using; with it I couldn't get a word in edgewise. This speakerphone still isn't quite like talking with the phone to your ear, but I can at least cut in once in a while. The sound quality is very good for a home speakerphone.

I have yet to use this product because I was nit properly informed that this needs some other part to actualy work as a cordless speaker phone. Poor job on marketing your product. Not everyone is tech savy. Now It will be another week before I figure out what to buy to make it work.
