The shoes are awesome and fit great giving excellent support and stability. However their durability is not good. I bought a pair 4 months ago and have played 10 rounds in them. The sole on both shoes is separating from the leather (see picture).

While I absolutely love the shoes for what they cost I expected them to last longer then 10 rounds of golf (4 months).

Mixed feelings about the DNAs. They are very comfortable, and I could go walk multiple rounds with them right out of the box without a breakin period. They fit true to size, and provide a nice stable platform. However, they lose spikes quickly. After each round I'd find 1-2 spikes missing, would replace them, and then lose the same ones and others the next time I'd play. After complaints to Footjoy they replaced the shoes, but have also lost a few on the new replacements. The DNA are comfy but FJ seems to have a systemic design and/or quality problem with this model.

Leather is very soft and supple, the foot bed is as comfortable as any shoe I have ever worn. Hope footjoy sells replacement foot bed liners as I tend to where them out. Have only walked to rounds in them so far.

by far the most comfortable golf shoe i have ever owned, but...

the cleats on the front left toe ( i am right handed), fall out constantly.

There is a design flaw in this shoe. In talking with my local golf shop, there have been many returns for this reason.

Love shopping with Amazon, but this is one of those times a local shop is better, would have been able to understand and have it replaced much easier.

This is the second pair of DNA's I have bought this month. I have the DNA white with the BOA cable tension lacing, loved them so much I had to get the black pair but disappointed the black doesn't have the BOA sys. The shoes feel like I have worn them for years out of the box. Soft and yet rigid where you need the stability & support. I have not had any issues with the softspike PINs sys so far, ( 10 rounds played ), Spikes stay tight and have not lost any yet. These are very expensive but you truely get what you pay for!!! I love these shoes so much I bought 2 pair

I never knew golf shoes could be so comfortable, I rather walk around in these then my 2014 Nike Air Max, they are that comfortable! Its scary. I normally wear a size 11 in nike running shoes, shocks, and air force ones, these FootJoys fit great they may have a lil extra toe room but I do not think I'll reorder the 10.5.

Edit: I ordered the 10.5 to try them on, they were very tight and did not feel 1/10th as good as the size 11 did in comfort. My normal shoe size I wear are 11 US so these Footjoys run to size. Makes sense :)

Very comfortable shoe. Only downside that I've seen is that the leather & sole have already started peeling apart after only 45 days of use. I'm waiting to see if it's actually going to be an issue and actually separate, or if it's just a crack between the two.

I have always worn DryJoys since I like the look, durability and dryness of them (95% of my rounds are in the Pacific Northwest). I liked the look and fit of the DNAs so bought a pair in July, and asked the retailer about waterproofing them. I was assured that I did not need to. After two months they started leaking despite no visible problems like the sole separating. I took them back as the retailer assured me there was a two year waterproof warranty. Though store incompetence (or other reason) the shoes were not returned for two months, and the store kept dodging my calls. Finally I was assured that the shoes are on their way to Footjoy and if I did not get replacement shoes for my "warm weather golf" in three weeks, I would get my money back (I hope so or I will be back to my DryJoys, and commenting further on Yelp).
