Work Boots

Overall pretty good work shoe. The fit is a little clunky, and within two days the
sole separated from the upper side of shoe, leaving a gap when I walk. In other words
when the toe is bent from the normal walking motion, the sole glue or sealant has come loose
in only a few days of wearing. The comfort of the shoe is good, and the look is fine. The non-slip
soles do a good job too.

I stumbled across this shoe based on industry colleagues recommending the KEEN brand. I was skeptical purchasing steel toe shoes without a test fit beforehand. But, upon receipt of my "KEEN Utility Men's Destin Mid Steel Toe Boots," they fit perfectly. The first few times they were difficult to tie tightly, but the material became more pliable after a few uses. I wore them all day sans discomfort or concern. These felt much more nimble and lighter that what I was used to. However, I noticed ankle support is a compromise with this design. If ankle support were more critical, I would not recommend this shoe. Otherwise, this is a well done subtle looking steel toe.

Not keen quality

First of all I usually love keen products. I've worn several work boots and shoes from them. I spend the extra money to get a good quality product.this style is good looking and comfortable but the first set of these I received lasted less than 2 weeks before the rubber sole started coming apart from the side of the shoe. So I had them exchanged, no big deal. The second pair seemed to be lasting but after about 6 weeks the same problem happened. Even the cheapest not name brand work shoes I've bought last at least 6-8 months so this was very disappointing. I ended up returning them for a refund.

These fit more like a skater shoe

I work in food manufacturing, so I needed a non-slip sole, but didn't want a big heavy boot.

These fit more like a skater shoe, and I haven't had any discomfort after a couple months of wear.

The materials have held up to moisture and harsh sanitizing chemicals so far.

There is no rush to take them off after a long day at work on my feet.

I bought these shoes for work in a pawnshop and a bar. They fit well, aren't too bulky and seem to be well made. I typically walk or stand all day between my two jobs and these shoes provide the comfort I was looking for, as well as a more anatomically accommodating wide toe and forefoot. The wide steel toe is one of the more stand out features of this shoe as opposed to other brands like Timberland, which make good wide boots, but seem to go a bit narrow through the toe.

Good casual light duty boot

Nice mid boot for work or just hanging out. On the website it shows the triangle and exclamation painted in yellow on the toe but it's actually not painted. Fits exactly what I usually wear, I bought a 13 wide, I think if I bought just a size 13 it'd be a little too snug. I like safety toe shoes even when not at work, and this combines the protective toe without the bulky work boot look if you want something casual to wear. The tops just cover my ankle so I may use it to ride my motorcycle. Its pretty light, not like wearing a pair of red wings. Though if I were doing heavy outdoor work I wouldn't wear these, I'm not sure the outer materials would stand up against chemicals or being kicked around a lot. More of a light work boot. Hope this helps.

I've only had the shoes for a few weeks and I'm already pretty impressed by how durable they are. My job may be less strain on the craftsmanship than the previous reviewers so I'll update if the shoes start showing signs of ware and tear. At the moment they are still fairly comfortable, they keep my feet dry, and they are well protected.

great shoe! I'm on my feet 10+ hrs/day. super comfy, considering insoles. they fit as expected, but may need insoles for more comfort. great non-slip and pretty much waterproof.
