I can't begin to tell you the many benefits Turkey Tail has. I overall feel so much better- physically and mentally. My friend took it during her chemotherapy and radiation therapy treatments and did remarkable. I did a lot of research on Host Defense and would recommend you do the same. Only good things could come with taking these supplement. Absolutely no side effects.

I think this product is helping me build my immune system to get over a bad allergy to local pollen, normally I would be much sicker during the high pollen count, but this year I believe my symptoms are half as bad as I'm used to. I'm convinced it helps and will continue to rake these daily while I am Having allergy symptoms. Better than taking drugs that have side effects
