Downright amazing this..

Picked this from Bed, Bath and beyond for some 13$.

I am a kickboxer and hence involved in mostly high intensity workouts.. with the need to frequently drink water + protein shakes etc..
Now, i have tried a couple of similar shaker / bottles but trust me, NOTHING COMES CLOSE to this..

I carry whey, BCAA, Creatine and some boiled potatoes as part of my stack post workouts.. and this fits everything in like magic.
The pill tray takes in the BCAA and i can put my whey in that jar. the other holds creatine and potatoes (i need to have a real small box (bought seperately) to hold the creatine though since there is no partition in the jars).

The seal lock mechanism is absolute bomb proof and not a drop spills once closed.. not had a single problem till date..

Pros --
1. the jars stack and lock beautifully to the bottle and do not fall off even during vigorous shaking.
2. the jars hold the powder really well and nothing leaks.
3. The pill tray can hold powder as well without letting any of it.
4. The wire whisk works like magic enabling mixing of even stubborn whey / BCAA in water with just some simple shaking..

Cons --
it STINKS if protein (mixed with water) is left in the bottle overnight. Simple solution is to wash and keep it open. Even better is to take a bit of toothpaste and scrub the bottle with it.
Smells awesome then.

Only had it for a few months and the top cracked. It was full of a protein shake at the time, so it spilled all over the place. Super frustrated. Reviews suggest this doesn't happen to everyone, but it happened to me, so please be aware of this when you purchase it. You're basically rolling the dice.

I ordered one of these in early September (2014) and the cover cracked at the seam by late November (2014) causing it to leak; making the bottle completely useless for its intended purpose. I did not drop the bottle or tighten the cover too much (I broke other bottle covers by tightening them too much and have learned my lesson).

I ordered another one in late December (2014) and it ARRIVED with a broken cover (see picture) and I can't even use it.

I'm not sure if Blender Bottle is to blame for a poor quality product or if it Amazon is to blame for poor shipping; honestly, I don't think either is to blame, other BB products I have owned have been fine and I've never had a problem with Amazon's shipping. Perhaps I have just had bad luck with this product?

I will reach out to Amazon and I'm sure there will be no problem returning/exchanging this product but in the mean time, it will get a 1 star from me.

Great and wonderful upgrade from the standard blender bottle. Taking off 1 star because this one, unlike my standard blender bottle, doesn't fit in my cup holder in my car. They obviously had to widen the bottom of it to be able to make the staks to be big enough/fit enough in it to be useful. I'd estimate the diameter at the bottom is about 1/4" bigger. Nonetheless I'd buy it again. The carrying handle is great and it's easier to open the top to drink than the other bottle.

I've used plenty of Blender Bottles and this one met all expectations that I had. It has multiple compartments for pills and powder. Previously, I used little plastic bags - but that wasn't secure or ideal. It comes with two small containers for these "extras" On the bottom, there is a container that has a separate compartment for pills. Below it, you can put a pre-workout. Inside the bottle, there is another container where you can store your post-workout. You can keep that one inside the bottle or you can stack it onto the bottom. I prefer keeping it in the bottle because it makes it more portable. I have had this for a little over a month and I have not noticed any leaking or breakage. I don't wash mine in the dishwasher, but I would imagine that it is top-rack safe. I bought two - one for me and one for my partner - and both are holding up pretty well.

I received the wrong color!!! Most of the times I have to take extreme precaution when shaking it because sometimes it doesn't quote close right.
Maybe I got a defective one, since it wasn't even the color I had ordered. Regardless, the functionality of it is GREAT! I would recommend serious athletes and body builders to considered buying a blender/shaker bottle (perhaps not from this supplier).

The stack option for the containers is AMAZING! More than enough for 30g of protein and a little extra of whatever supplement you take post workout (the big container). For the small one, it's great for maybe mid workout boost powder supplements or maybe when you should be taking less protein.
The pill container can get a little annoying, so I usually leave it at home with the small container. I just feel like I'm playing the maracas when I shake my bottle at the gym, lol. Nonetheless, it's great to keep in store some energy pills -- for those tiresome days that you have to drag your butt to the gym.

I haven't gotten used to shaking the bottle post workouts with so much protein. Not everything dissolves, although I really think that this is my fault. I will have to perfect my shaking technique.

I always wash/rinse it when I get home from the gym so I haven't had a problem with it being stinky or not washing properly.

*Update
I've noticed that when it spill a little bit it's actually just some water that was left around the lid when I close it.

The dual storage has come super in handy as I decided to split my pre workout shake into two, one for running/warm up and then a middle one for weight lifting.
