I was pissed that I spent over $27 dollars at best buy for the 1/2 hard case tablet holder because they didn't carry the all leather one. I should have came to amazon first to look for a case but I wanted it the same day I puchased the tablet. I purchased the tablet at best buy and bought the case there. I had the hard case from best buy for about 3 months and it finally broke on me. It wasn't dropped it broke because its a pain to remove the tablet from the hard shell. I knew it will happen at some point.

I am happy again because this case is exactly what I wanted and at a reasonable price. The case is built pretty tuff and durable enough to insert and remove the tablet with out a problem. This case will last for a good while.

This case will also protect the tablet when dropped unlike the one I purchased from best buy. I would recommend this item.

I chose this case after looking through literally dozens of options. I was aware of the various sizes of tablets and was careful to choose a cover that would match this size tablet..This one was perfect for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 - 7". The cover is well padded, has a real leather grain look, holds the tablet snuggly and allows all the necessary openings on the edges of the tablet to be easily exposed for use. It could be used in a standing fashion and has a tab and a fold- back way of accomplishing this but I haven't found that necessary for my use.If you watched movies it would be perfect instead of holding it.
The blue is more a true 'baby blue' - it looked a bit more aqua in the photograph, I very much like that it has an elastic loop at the side for the stylus, and the stylus that came with it is an attractive silver body with the rubber tip at one end and a ballpoint at the other.
All in all - you can't go wrong with this cover as long as you're choosing the right size cover for your tablet. Some reviews for other covers seem to feel their cover didn't fit and maybe they weren't being careful with their sizes. The price is terrific and the shipping was very quick - just a few days. It gets lots of compliments :)

Yeah, it's OK. Nothing to write home about but it does serve the purpose.
Things I like: The feel, the fit and the free stylus.
Things I don't like: It is a little flimsy in the hinged parts. When open, the front part covers up the camera, making it unusable for the most part. And it doesn't stand up at times. You have to manipulate it on occasion to make it stable.
For the price it's good.

Update: After having the case in use for several months I find that it is adequate, especially for the price.
I have flown with it and it protects my tablet nicely, which is why I bought it in the first place.
The leather has softened a bit making it easier to stand but it still falls over. It's a balance issue that is inherent to the design.
The camera is covered up and that is a little annoying but not a huge deal.
The elastic is a nice hand hold on the tablet while reading.
It isn't perfect but it does protect the tablet nicely.
I've raised my rating from 3 to 4 stars.

for the price I really was not expecting this kinda high end quality. Case is thick and soft inside so if your tablet takes a fall it will be okay. the little strap to put your hand through might protect you from carpel tunnel. It really helps my hand from cramping up. I want all the colors....will be ordering soon

The case came in a timely manor. It is a good solid case that should last as long as the tablet. You don't have to remove the tablet for any connections or controls, or for the camera to work. I do have two gripes. The case makes the tablet twice as thick as without it and adds almost again as much weight as the tablet. Second, when you fold the top back to set It on Its side, it tends to either fall over or will very easily if you need to touch the screen. On the plus side, it should protect the tablet quite well. It also will put it to sleep when the cove is closed. This is done magnetically. As such, don't place the tablet open or closed where there are small loose metal items or iron filings. Closing, it is a good solid case. Worth the money.

Great case! Fits my Samsung tab Nook perfectly. The handle on the back is handy as any case increases the width of the tablet making it more difficult to hold on one hand. Also the included stylus has became my favorite way to write and browse. I purchased this over6 months ago and it's still holding up extremely well with daily use. A++ would not hesitate to buy again.

The hand strap was the reason I purchased this case for my tablet and it does what it supposed to do. I, however, was impressed with the quality of the material and how well it fits on the tablet. The reason for the 4 stars is that swiping the screen from left or right edge could be difficult due the thickness of the case over the edge of the screen. Swiping from top down is not a problem since there is an opening where the Samsung logo is. I suppose the stylus can help with that if you can juggle with another item in your hand.
