Fits bugaboo cameleon FIRST series perfectly! Bugaboo website said it was a good fit for ALL cameleons and it delivered. I love the extended canopy, the baby would be perfectly covered from the sun shade!!

Adding a sunshade/bassinet cover to your base Chameleon 3.

This is the companion sun shade and bassinet cover for the base Bugaboo Chameleon 3 stroller. Or you can simply use it to change the color of you combo Chameleon set.

Both the sunshade and the bassinet cover are high quality and fit the stroller well. The bassinet cover simply zips onto the base while the sunshade uses the frame and clip pieces that were included with the stroller. This is simply the material so if you've misplaced those pieces on your stroller you will need to order new ones.

Assembling the sunshade should have been easy but the instructions only showed it attaching to the bassinet. I accidentally attached the shade backwards the first time and then proceeded to seriously pinch both thumbs when attempting to remove it. so be careful if attempting to remove the shade as the rib pivots are strongly spring loaded.

The sunshade zips open to allow it to even further shade your baby while looking compact and clean when not needed.

My biggest complaint about this set is that for $120 you only get two pieces of fabric. Customization and being able to color coordinate on a whim is an excellent option but the cost of doing so is high in my humble opinion.

In summary, this set works and looks great on the stroller and if you need either piece for your bugaboo then this is an easy recommendation.

A work about the color. This is more deep, almost red, orange. It looks great but isn't really you standard orange orange.

Quality accessories for a quality stroller. You get what you pay for.

First, the Bugaboo Cameleon3 Base, Alu/Black is a stroller head and shoulders above the rest. Really. It's highly priced, and built in a way that blows your mind. I want to ride in it.

That said, the accessories are bound to be pricey, too. They are, as this is, but the quality is as over-the-top as the stroller is.

The pieces fit together seamlessly, and work perfectly. The engineers and technical writers did a top notch job.

You can see by the very look of it that the set is a cut above the rest (many cuts above, in fact). The zipper is strong, doesn't slowly let loose, and is easy to maneuver. The fabric is heavy and strong. The canopy is multifunctional, with rear access.

I am utterly impressed with the quality that this manufacturer supplies to the consumer. Yes, it's expensive. BUT you get what you pay for. I have been through different strollers of varying prices (from 350-600), and none come close to this one.

Oh, and the orange is slick! So bright and fun, but also super classy.

Super high quality zippers, sturdy canopy folds over almost to baby's feet for complete blockage of wind

This set is JUST the canopy and orange apron that attaches to the bassinet.
That being said, it's a deep, not obnoxious orange. And the QUALITY. This is such a strong, stiff canvas material... really, really, really high quality. Even the zippers are solid metal and very, very sturdy (they zip on to the bassinet.) The canopy can be held in a vertical position like the picture shows, but it can also fold over very close to the feet of the baby to completely keep the cold air or wind off of baby's face. It has a zipper in the back if you want to unzip another fold of canopy to allow for this longer fold.

Being a Bugaboo, you know you are getting the best quality out there. If you have the money to spend, it's quite the investment into a product that you know will not only last you forever, but really your grandkids too.

Good quality fabric for a great quality stroller.

First, just in case anyone is confused by the picture, this is not a Bugaboo stroller with orange fabric. Those are more than five times this price, though if you can indeed afford one, it's an amazing stroller. This is the orange accent fabric in the picture. I do hope that someone clarifies the Amazon listing because I know someone will get confused.

Okay, on to the fabric set itself. It's nice. It's strong. It's well constructed. The color is very vivid, and will effectively cover up your baby to protect him or her from the elements. It works well with the Cameleon 3, as well as the older Frog model (which was also a great stroller). Can I really rave about this? No, it's just a replacement part if your colored fabric gets stained, or maybe because you like color variety. But it does the job.

Great fabric set

Ignoring the price and doing a review solely going on if I could actually afford this and it was in my price range and budget, the Bugaboo Cameleon3 Tailored Fabric Set in Orange is a good buy. Construction and materials are topnotch. Although the product is a quality item, it does not offer or feature any type of mesh or ventilation within the fabric panel set.

The Bugaboo Cameleon3 Tailored Fabric Set is strictly just 2 pieces, a 2 in 1 set that is comprised of an extendable sun canopy and apron. The series is available in EITHER seven or eight colors; orange, petrol blue, red, soft pink, off white, black, grey mélange, and ice blue. I say EITHER, because the packaging shows 7 colors minus the grey mélange, while the website offers the 8th (grey mélange). Check the color wheel image I've provided.
