This is one of the best kneeling pads that I have ever used. Yes it's expensive, but its worth every penny. Having been in field service for over 35 years, I recommend that you younger guys/gals invest in one of these to help protect the veins in your shins from being damaged from constantly kneeling on them. Tell your boss its for your on-the-job personal health and safety (PPE). I place this on my tool cart between the cart and my toolkit for transporting it. The built-in handle makes it easy to access when needed. Field tested and strongly recommended.

I've had one of the ErgoKneel mats for several years, Purchased it before the smaller size was available.The foam is superb. It is great for under your back when working in tight conditions - like under the sink. I did manage to cut the foam in one corner when working with a razor knife, but the cut has not grown at all. Yes, they are expensive, but they wear forever. Every benefit and spec that Ergo Kneel claims I've found to be true. Save your knees or those of someone else and get this mat.
