Kinda scratched up my mouth, the roof and sides because it was sharp. I love crunch but not sharp. Also it took me longer to eat than regular cereal and I ended up having to rush to work a few times. I wouldn't but it again unless it was on a major sale.

Probably the best tasting healthy cereal I have come across. I've tried special K, cheerios, and kashi cereal seems to be a cut above the rest in terms of flavor. The other brands tend to taste like cardboard but these actually are quite flavorful and delicious. The texture is perfect and provides quite a satisfying crunch in the morning. If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend it.
