Needed a heavy duty cleaner for a friends used car purchase and I need a new interior cleaner. The car my friend bought was driven by a women who never cleaned the interior.... in 12 years.... Only took it to the car wash for the basic wash. The leather was filthy, stained and in bad shape (2001 bmw 5 series) and the door panels had turned white from skin flakes and just fading. The cleaner took off all of the crud and we were amazed at how mild it was yet very effective. The leather was prepped and took to the conditioner extremely well. Will buy more if and when I run out.

I have a lot of Griot's products in my car cleaning arsenal. Out of all the products they offer their interior cleaner is my favorite. Unlike many other interior cleaners it doesn't leave an artificial shine or smell; it's completely neutral in appearance and odor. You can't ask for much more than that.

I buy mine from Griot's directly because they have a distribution center in my state and deliver faster than Amazon, but Amazon does occasionally beat their price.

Cleaned mechanics greasy hand marks from tan headliner without any issue. Works well on all interior surfaces. I would recommend using with a microfiber cloth. Great for cleaning leather wrapped steering wheel without leaving a film or residue. Highly recommended.

This product does exactly what it claims. It removed a chocolate stain from my driver's seat and a nine year old cheeseburger grease stain from the driver's seat of my wife's car. No other product has been successful and, since I was responsible for both stains, I was particularly happy to remove the stain from my wife's car. As for the chocolate and cheeseburgers, perhaps I should modify my diet... nah!

Holy crap. If I could give 10 stars I would.

My late father used Griots products on his classic British cars for years. (Morgan, Austin, Lotus Super 7, Morris Minor)

So when my roommate opened a can of red bull in my 12 Ford Focus and sprayed it all over my headliner, I panicked.

The redbull dried to dark brown spots, and looked like it stained the cloth.

The trick to cleaning headliners, is not to use too much fluid, as it can affect the glue that holds it up. Thus causing it to droop and fall off.

I used this product sparingly with a microfiber cloth and ended up having to clean all of the headliner. It cleaned too well, and it made my headliner look brand new.

All the spots disappeared completely.

WOW!!! I'll cut to the chase, this is by far the best interior cleaner money can possibly buy. I recently started using "premium" car care products and took a liking to many Chemical Guys products related to exterior care and haven't been disappointed. I did my research before purchasing an interior cleaner and that brought me to this, my first Griot's Garage purchase. Again, all I can say is WOW! I used this to clean out the interior of a Lexus which had not been taken care of and when I was done, it looked like it could be on the showroom floor. You name it, this took it out. Dirt and mud, coffee, makeup, food, stains of unknown origin, from all types of surfaces: leather, soft touch door panels, hard plastics, cloth covered speaker grills, and yes, the headliner! Just spray a little on to the surface or a microfiber cloth, wipe and it's gone! Not to sound like an overexcited informercial host, but it works like magic! I'm sure this product has its limits, but I used in a very dirty car and I didn't come close to finding them.

I've tried my share of interior cleaners and my biggest complaint would probably be that most of them have a really heavy odor. I believe I've finally found the perfect interior cleaner with Griot's Garage 10956 Interior Cleaner. Cleans up interior surfaces really well without having a heavy chemical smell or some sort of fake fragrance. Just straight to the point, cleans well. I'll probably be buying a backup bottle before my first one runs out.
