Your immune system is in your gut, mostly. Our guts are dysfunctional: bad bacteria, bad food, bad problems. The solution for so many people is to just get their immune system in check. This doesn't mean "upregulating" your immune system, because if you have allergies, that just makes your allergies worse. It means "tonifying" your immune system: getting it to identify invaders and non-invaders more correctly. Chaga helps do that. It has a bunch of beta-glucans that helps that. That's why it's so important to have that high polysaccharide count, because that's where the beta glucans are. Anyway, I took this product, and my allergies are much better. So, there you have it.

I have school aged children who come home with everything you can imagine, this helps me from getting what ever they bring home. Due to low energy level and immune system activity I tried Cordyceps alone for several months. Although it did work I wanted to experience stronger effects, so I followed a recommendation on Amazon to try Chaga as well as Reishi. The combination seems to have a synergy that works extremely well. I have so far avoided any major illness this winter and feel stronger and more vital. These three products (one capsule a day each) are a potent combination.
