I LOVE this dryer

First, I bought mine at home depot, with the pedestals and matching washing machine. I LOVE this dryer. It works beautifully. It has a ton of settings, one I use on a regular basis, sanitize setting. Also, makes drying my bedding so easy do to the size of it. You can refresh your clothes and the cool thing is that it somehow does it with steam. It is very cool if you forget about your stuff in the dryer. It has a wrinkle free setting I love too. Top of the line dryer.

Our dryer stopped working yesterday right after using it for one year. It is not heating any more with no error. It looks it is operating normal except that it never warms up inside. This is interesting because when we bought it first and it was installed, the first load we put in we found out it was not drying. After a call to Samsung they came and checked and said they need to bring a new one which took a few days. The new unit worked fine till yesterday. It looks both units have the same issue. I am going to call Samsung and see if they will do anything about it. My guess is that now that is out of warranty they will not do anything. Very disappointed with Samsung quality.
