    this coat is very well made and a perfect winter jacket. Feels thick and well put together and looks very nice, great for casual or formal occasions in the winter. I typically wear a medium in everything from shirts to jackets, but upon reading a review here ordered a small. Great decision to order a size smaller than you would wear in a button up shirt. The size small fits me as if it were tailored (5'10" 160)

    You're going to want to get this jacket in a size smaller than you usually do. It is the way these jackets are supposed to fit in order to look right. you don't want any kind of slack in the sides and the arms should go right up to the wrist.

    I bought this for my 16 year old son and he looks so prominent when he wears it. It is a heavy coat and can be worn for cold weather. He normally only wears it to church because it has sort of a "dressy casual feel" to it. He is about 170 pounds and 5'9...it hits him around his hips.

    I bought this for my son, who has big muscles in his arms and chest, and after reading the reviews, most of which said it ran a little large, I chose the large size rather than extra large, which he would normally wear. It was too small across the shoulders and thru the arms. He is 21" across the broadest part of his shoulders, measured across the back, 44" around the chest, and 16.5" around his biceps, slightly flexed. The length of the sleeves and the jacket are fine. It is of good quality material and well made. I will exchange it for an extra large and I think it will fit fine. It was not too snug, but snug enough that it would be uncomfortable to wear with no room for wearing a sweater or sweatshirt underneath. He really loved it and is very excited about getting the larger size so he can wear it.
    An update to my previous review: I got the extra large and it's still too tight across his shoulders. I will exchange it for the XX-large and hope that this one fits. Except for the sizing problem, my son is very pleased with the quality of this coat.

    It's actually a tiny WEE bit snugger than I would have imagined on the arms. I don't work out but don't have bony arms. Material feels great! The only thing I didn't like was that the buttons feel loose, I predict after a few wears they'll fall off. Overall a great buy!
