This is a great low profile cover for the Galaxy Tab 3. All of the cutouts are in the proper place and do not interfere with operation. Quality is great for the price. Size and build of case keeps the tablet slick, slim, and elegant unlike others.

Note to shoppers: this is a low profile case that will protect from everyday wear which is exactly what I wanted. It is not a thick soft or heavily reinforced case, so it would likely not protect from any significant drops or impacts.

I really wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this case and even after arrival, I'm still not completely sure about it. It is thin as the description says and much less bulky than other traditional cases I've purchased. It fits my Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 perfectly with everything accessible. The table snaps firmly into it and in fact I can almost guarantee you, it won't come out by accident.

Now for the rest of the story. The case gives you the feeling and impression of a hard molded case even though it is some type of vinyl material. That makes it slick and if you're not careful, it can easily slip out of your hands. I would love to see this case with some type of rubberized coating to make it easier to hold. I am a little concerned about how much protection this case will provide if the tablet is dropped. The four corners which I consider the critical points in tablet protection are hard plastic and if the case was dropped on the corner, I'm concerned that the corners will just break. Since these corners are the same piece of plastic the tablet is snapped into, will the blow on the corner transfer shock or damage to the corner of the tablet. I guess time will tell it it slips from my hands and hits a corner.

For now I'm giving it 4 stars until the day comes when I do the unintentional drop test. The features that make this case so slim and nice looking, are also the features that give me concerns, since there is virtually no padding at all to create some type of shock resistance.

First I want to say that this COVER is truly a VERY SLIM fitting (book like) combo cover/stand and it is not bulky. And I found several Pros with it:

PROS:

+ For a thin cover it is heavy duty made and totally protects my Tab 3 tablet for travel!
+ Easy to stand up the tablet up just to the position that I like using the magnet mode.
It also has a reading mode, just move it and it will sit lower.
+ Easy to install my Tab 3 into this unit.
+ I have found to be of the BEST QUALITY of all of the covers I have tried in the past for my tablets.

CONS (ONE):
- Does not have a way to stand up the tablet in Portrait mode.

SUGGESTIONS: Since this case does NOT have lots of padding, I suggest that for added protection that you place it into a tablet padded sleeve. I bought a 7 inch tablet sleeve here on Amazon and this case and tablet fit into it just perfectly.

This case for the Samsung Tab 4 is very nice and I like that it is in red. I think it's actually nicer than the cover that my husband bought for his Ipad at about 4 times the cost, because it covers the back as well. It's durable, easy to wipe off and when you close the cover it goes into sleep mode. I have been very pleased with this and loved that it was so inexpensive.

I was looking for something low profile and this case definitely fit the bill. There is absorbent cushioning inside the trifold cover/stand. The blue is a little deeper than pictured, but still fun. The price is fair. As far as total protection no mishaps so far.

I like the case. It's as light as it could be while providing decent protection from day-to-day use. The kickstand feature works great.

I have only two complaints, one of which I'm not sure there's anything can be done about it:
1) I don't like an uncharged pad so I keep it on the charger quite a bit. The problem is that when the charger is plugged in you can't swing open the face to the back. You have to unplug, open the face, and then plug back in (or just charge with the face open). But like I said, I can't think of a reasonable design that affords you the flexibility of keeping it plugged in and open/closing the face.
2) The face cover is a bit flimsy at the hinge. It's not that I think it's going to break, but that when the face is folded behind the device is sort of wobbles around a bit. Would've been nice to have some reinforced metal strips at the top and bottom of the hinge to prevent the face from slipping around while tucked behind the device.

Love this slim and trim case and for the low cost and attractiveness of the case I decided to buy it and check it out. So glad that I did so. This case (in my opinion) is a excellent SLIM and QUALITY case -- A BEST BUY and below I list the PROS of this case:

1) Slim, trim with a book style closing - The case has a good sized and strong magnet on it and it does hold the tablet upright in well.

2) Second position of the magnet/holding feature - Simply turn the tablet around and now the magnet holds in in a lower position. (I use the regular tall upright position more).
About the magnet/closing/opening: When the cover is closed, the tablet goes to sleep, when opened, it wakes up the tablet.

3) Book style - When closed, this case fits very thin and snug, yet it does a good job of protecting the tablet.
When opened, if folds back well and I can hold the tablet with one hand to read etc.

4) Appearance - This cover/stand is very attractive and mine is purple in color.

5) Cleans well and does not show fingerprints or dirt. This cover, I just wipe clean with a damp cloth and it looks great.

In my opinion, this is a BEST BUY! And I highly recommend this Case/Stand!
