    This jacket looks and feels good on the outside, but it's extremely staticky and rough on the elbows even for a polyester jacket. The area around the waist also comes in an unusual amount for a jacket like this. It makes zipping the jacket somewhat uncomfortable but I guess it would keep the wind out, but then again this zip jacket isn't exactly wind proof or wind resistant. Yeah... so for me, the only use case I can see is wearing this over a long sleeve baselayer.
