The faucet itself is amazing. We wanted to replace our existing faucet with this model which not only allows more "work space" in the sink over the existing faucet, but also has the added benefit of the retractable sprayer handle. Overall, installation was not hard, but the faucet shipped without instructions. The lack of instructions lead to a bit of confusion and an unnecessary trip to Home Depot, but once we figured it out, the installation was relatively quick and easy.
We are very, very happy with the product, but docked a star down to four stars for lack of instructions.

We installed this faucet a couple of months ago as part of our kitchen renovation and couldn't be happier. It provides an elegant touch to the space at a very reasonable price. It functions well, it seems to provide better water pressure than our last faucet and the extendable nozzle is extremely practical. The nozzle hose retracts pretty easily, we are always careful about pulling it out relatively gently though just in case. I'd recommend this product to anyone who wants a nice faucet at a reasonable price.

Very nice faucet. the only reason I did not gave five stars is because the instalation was a little difficult when you have a deep sink in front. I think the tube should be longer for better and easier installation. but i like it and my wife is very happy with it.

Don't you love a product where you can say after installation: "no problem". Plumber installed: drilled into counter on side of sink for the purpose of easy access. The flow is great...I mean the plumber said so also; straight flow or shower spray both nicely done by pressing a button on the head. I have a double sink and the pull down head allows me access to both sinks. While it is installed on the SIDE of my sink, the flow only enters the sink nicely and no over splashing at the front. The whole faucet also turns. Love it. Good bye. Nice quality.

we are totally happy with this faucet. It looks even better than the picture. It does not come with instructions, so if you are not at least somewhat handy that could be a problem. We bought this to replace our old faucet which we paid a lot more for. But I believe this faucet is a much better product
