I was looking for some cheap stainless knives with sheaths for my camper, where they'll get stuck in a drawer & won't get used a lot. These are the only knives I found that met all 3 criteria.The first thing you need to do after you cut them out of the package is wash them, then sharpen them. The factory edge is barely adequate. The handles are pretty comfortable, fairly grippy, and shouldn't be a problem if your hands get wet or greasy. In truth, you only need 3 knives for just about any kitchen task. This set has all 3. I'm pretty impressed, especially for the price.

I really liked these knives for the first couple of months, using the middle sized one the most. Recently the knife handle changed color on me and now looks grey and dirty. The other knives still look fine but I only used them a small fraction in comparison to the knife that changed color. I don't understand it. All I know is I don't want to keep that knife in my drawer with my other very nice utensils and cutlery. As I said, it looks "dirty". Very unhappy.

They are great and super sharp. That's the point right? I'm a much more careful cook now (nicks and cuts, nicks and cuts!)......they come with plastic sleeves so they don't get dinged in my kitchen drawer.

The large knife is perfect, very sharp as it should be. The two smaller knives are not sharp enough and do a poor job. Although I am quite happy with the largest one, I'm disappointed with the purchase due to the dullness of the smaller knives. I will be requesting a refund.
