Software for the Android crashes constantly. Accuracy is mediocre at best. Gained steps by driving down the road. Every time I tried a challenge the software crashed and I had to delete then reinstall the software. Took it back.

This was my anticipated Christmas present, but it does not work. The box clearly says for "Windows XP and newer" and "wirelessly sync with most smartphones, tablets & computers automatically". It does not do so. I finally managed to download Windows app but it does not recognize the app and simply does nothing. Returning to the store tomorrow. Huge disappointment.

I love my striiv band!!! It's not 100% accurate in that it added about 30 steps while I was in the car :( other than that tho I love it. It was super easy to hook up and get started. It really motivates me to get moving. ..and beat my husband's stats 😉

I wrote an earlier 2-star review because I had operating problems that had not been fixed in a month. My data rolled over from one day to the next rather than listing day by day. I had contacted customer care several times and it was always "we're looking into it" which disappointing
since this was a gift. This past week, customer service reached out and said the firmware issues were fixed, although they had offered an upgrade to the Fusion for those who weren't satisfied. Mine finally is working again, although I did opt to buy the Fusion at a reduced rate.
In summation - it's fine and does what it says it will -- when it works.

Everything I expected. Good device. Fast service. not an issue.

I just have to respond about the step rollover issue stated by others. When you travel across time zones the band does get locked and does not reset steps at midnight. If you delete the device and add back to app it will correct the internal time. It isn't super accurate, but compared to other devices in the same price, it is a great band. It is best used with a partner and the "game" collects gold from partner... My wife doesn't play games but loves the in app game. Helps keep us moving which is the important thing.

App is fun, band is uncomfortable, doesn't count all my steps. I hate walking on the treadmill for hours just to find out it DIDN'T TRACK ALL MY STEPS! I'm part of a competition. Can't have that. So ticked off about it not registering all my steps. The sucky thing is it does this all the time. What good is it if it isn't accurate? Company needs to get it together.
