What a fantastic album! I was a big fan of Danny Gokey throughout his time on American Idol. When I heard his single 'Hope in front of me' on the radio, I was thrilled to hear such a hope-filled and powerful song come from this artist. The rest of the album certainly does not disappoint. The album is filled with powerful songs about hope as well as the reality of living life in the midst of pain, joy, love, loss, and disappointment. Certainly worth the purchase!!

This album from Danny Gokey is on repeat!

When Danny was on American Idol, he was known for being able to tackle all kinds of songs and make them stand out. The album "Hope in Front of Me" has that amazing voice that his fans love -- but it is used in a multiple of ways: soft, bold, gruff and sweet.

The songs vary between the inspiring title track, to love songs and even some R&B flavored tunes! My favorites are one of each type! "More Than You Think I Am", "Because of You" and a lively dance song "Take it to the Limit".

This is a really good album and it will definitely please Danny's fans and draw new fans into his voice and music!

Recently losing a loved one, I can relate to so many of these songs. They evoked sadness, happiness and healing all at the same time. Number one album for me this year.

There's not one song I don't enjoy. When the CD is over, I'm ready to listen again. "HOPE IN FRONT OF ME" brings hope, but lots of joy, and feel good music.
