I'm using this in the Media Center at my K-8 school & EVERYONE loves it!! I've had several people ask me where I got it & there are a few kids that are "saving up" so that they can get one for their bedrooms!

PROS:
Colorful & interesting display
Changeability
Simple to use

CONS:
Difficult to get really clean

It takes a little bit of elbow grease to get it cleaned up. The soft, dry cloth (came with the board) leaves little flakes of the fluorescent markers &, when the power is off, you can still see the ghost of what you had on the surface previously. Using a damp cloth looks sort of like cleaning a mirror with liquid soap. I tried using a damp cloth & that sort of made a swirly mess that took even more time to clean up & sort of distorted the surface when the light was on. Once all the smudges were rubbed off, it cleared up, but to be honest I was stressing it there for a few minutes. I can live with the little flakes, as once the lights are on, you don't really notice them too much. I haven't had a chance to try out alternative methods for cleaning it up more easily (ie: chamois, dry-erase eraser, etc...).

Overall, well worth it!

I purchased this for our restaurant. The daily special gets changed every day and this is a fun way to do it. You can write and erase, write and erase, write an erase and do it again the next day. The control unit allows me to set it to different color combinations and flashing modes depending on my mood. Makes for a good babysitter when I am not using it for work. My 10 year old can play with it for hours.

Power supply (you know the power cord and the device that allows you to change colors on the power cord) both died within the first year. Good luck getting the manufacturer to contact you back or even to finally send a replacement. Still waiting. When this thing is working it's great! Unfortunately that is not for very long.

Great product. I use it on our food truck. It isn't as bright as I hoped for - you can't see the lighting effects outdoors on a sunny day - but it still stands out and draws the eye. Indoors or at night and WOW!! Amazing!

The board itself appears to be of good quality however it came with non USA compatible power cord. It has the European type power cord.I can't turn it on with no power cord. I have been getting the run around on getting a cord. Excuses like we didn't sell it to you or we can't find your order. Buyer beware. I will have to look elsewhere for a power cord and try to "Mac Gyve"r it to work.

Unhappy with this product as the light system does not work. It worked for a few minutes and then shut off and will not come back on. I have checked all wires and connections but cannot get the board to illuminate as it is designed to do. Made by the PYLE company, I would not purchase future products from PYLE.

Just like the description says these are great erasable illuminated flashing LED writing boards that work great and really liven up the window in front of our little store! It comes with 8 differant color pens and cool light effects. The effect are programmable and it comes with a remote control. You can hang it put it on a portable easel or set it anywhere you want. It is kinda cheaply made but it looks like it will last a long time if taken care of! Easy erase and start all over just by wiping and writing! Cool idea!

My first thoughts on using this was going to be at my daughters Birthday Party. I'll have it set up with all her favorite colors, etc. Then I just plan on giving it to her to play with in her room. I see these little LED writing boards all the time here at the coffee shops and small bistros, but had never thought of having one around the house.

In my video review, I give a quick look at some of the contents and what makes up the board. The control are really simple to use and I love the remote control features. My daughter will surely be keeping it in her room and I plan oh leaving her little reminders on them...like "PLEASE clean your room" or "don't forget your homework". This is something you don't find on the store shelves everyday and I think it's going to make a great gift. If she doesn't like it, I'm keeping it!

I received a product sample to test and evaluate and so far I'm happy. Should that change, I'll be updating this review.
