I really wanted to love this wax but I just wasnt as blown away as I had hoped. The wax is very gentle and leaves the skin moisturized. It has a very low melt point which is fine if you own a decent wax warmer. For me, I only own the GiGi warmer so maintaining a low temp was difficult. I did love how flexible the wax remained after it sets. The extra flexibility allows for easier pulling on larger areas such as legs and arms. I also tested the claim that you can apply this hard wax to the same area without problems and that was true for me. Typically, if I accidentally apply hard wax to an area more than once, I get bruised and this wax didn't cause any discoloration or bruising. All that said, my main problem with this product is that it did not remove enough hair for me. You really HAVE to reapply this wax to get total removal or near total removal. It was terrible for removing facial hair (I had to stop and change wax brands). I have very course hair and it just wasnt strong enough. I wouldn't buy this again but I would recommend to someone with fine hair.

Maybe this just isn't for me, but I had an incredibly painful experience with this stuff. I'd rather spend the money getting it professionally done instead of failing miserably.
I couldn't even get the hair off my body, and it just stuck to me. I spent 20 minutes painfully picking pieces of wax off my skin.
I have a container of wax now that I have no idea what to do with.

This product is great for my sensitive skin! The wax is very gentle and safe. I love that I can apply the wax over the same area to catch stray hairs, and my skin is not aggravated. I use it on my legs and underarms, and it takes about 4 weeks or longer for my hair to grow back. There are excellent demo videos on their website that have helped me develop my DIY waxing skills at home. www.naturalwaypro.com
