I bought this at the end of October after my wife started having back pain. It worked great for light lifting, but the claw broke in half after only a month of use. Also, the nuts/bolts that hold it together started coming lose and falling out the very the day that it arrived. I ended up using zip ties to keep it from falling completely apart.

So, the product works great, but is terribly constructed.

Very good. This is a different type of handle. It is BETTER. It is much easier to get a good grip on things with the symmetric squeeze-together handle. It grabs heavy cans high up and grips them well, ti grabs small objects from the floor. It picks up eyeglasses with ease. . It needs no assembly. TIGHTEN ALL OF THE BOLTS. The nuts are captive in nut shaped pockets, so tightening only needs one cross head screwdriver...but check them..

Great grabber. Better that the other brand I bought. This one grabs and doesn't alow the item to slip out. Bought the 30" one, a little too short and the 48" is very long, but I use it for picking lemons.

Tool is well designed and sturdy. It really will pick up coins off carpet. Much less strain than the trigger style models. I feel more in control with the squeeze type handle which is much more ergonomic than others I have used. If it ever breaks, I will purchase another.

This item is the best on the market I have found. I have been using mine now for almost 3 months and it literly picks up items easly. The blue grabbers are real sensative in grabbing and holding onto items as long as you have the handle squeezed.
I use to use a Pik Stick and one of the grabbers fell off. Called the company in NY and they had no parts to fix it. So now it is a piece of garbage I waisted my $$'s on.
Grabber buddy is the BEST!!

this little grabber is a back saver and great at picking up even the smallest items. I do not think it is quite as ergonomic as the description claims, it hurts my hand after a bit using it but it is definitely a huge help for me getting things that I can not reach on the floor or high shelves. I read other reviews before buying this and I did find that the screws were loose one even in the box but I fixed that and have had no trouble with anything coming loose and I use mine all the time.
it is well built for what I can tell and works better than others that I have tried. I will buy this again and I recommend it to others. I have used it almost daily since I got it and am happy with it.
