If you are in the market for a suspension trainer (cough *TRX* cough), you want to buy this one. I am a month away from graduating from a Personal Training academy. The day after I received the WOSS Attack Trainer, I took it to school and hung it up right next to the TRX Trainer and my fellow students and I all took turns working out on both. Not only were we able to do all of the exercises that the TRX can do, but we were able to come up with several new ones that took advantage of the free D-Ring on the top (the attachment point on the WOSS is simply a D ring with a strap running through it- the TRX has the strap sewn into a loop so the handles can't slide back and forth on the D-ring). This small difference allowed new moves to be thought up- insert inverted "lawn mower pull" rows here. The other plus that we found was that the handle grips are removable on the WOSS, unlike the TRX. This allows you to run a single handle through BOTH straps (instead of having to tangle the handles together as you do on the TRX) when you single arm rows/single arm reach through's.

So take it from a room of 15 professionals all putting this thing through the ringer- it is worth every penny and more. Half the class ended up buying their own on Amazon before the class was even over!

Overbuilt goodness.

Just about everything about this product is well built. I can see it lasting a long, long time. I am about 180 lbs and I wouldn't be worried about the straps breaking no matter what I throw at them.

When deciding which system to buy, I was deciding between the WOSS Attack Trainer and the 3000 Equalizer Trainer. As far as I can tell, the main differences are the Attack Trainer uses wider/thicker main and anchor straps and rubber handles (rather than foam wrapped handles). In all honesty, I would have been perfectly happy with the Equalizer but wanted the rubber handles. I think the majority of people would be satisfied with the Equalizer.

The only negative I would give is that the carabiner which connects the main straps to the anchor strap could be a little bit larger. It's prefectly adequate in terms of strength but not so easy to hook into the anchor strap because of how wide/stiff the strap is.

Overall, high quality, overbuilt, made in the USA awsomeness.

I have had the Woss trainer now for a little bit. I researched exercise videos using the TRX system, then i tried them on my Woss trainer and i was able to do all the exercises. So for 35 dollars you can have a system that is just as good as the 200 system. I just think its cooler to say i have been using the TRX then the Woss. If you worried about it lasting, if you wear it out, good for you. Buy another one for 35 dollars. I am very pleased with my purchase. I can go run trails, then attach it to a tree and have a all around full body workout in the great outdoors. All the exercises have your contracting your core while exercising. So for 35 dollars, you have a portable trainer, that you can use indoors or out. That is just as good as the 200 one. Why buy the name brand one when you can get a Woss for a lot less. Be a smart shopper.

I'm a male Yoga practitioner, I do multiple arm balance and handstands and what not. Probably can be considered one of the more advance students in my gym. (all this is just to establish my current condition, so you can relate to your own)
Recently, I've been adding Calisthenics to my workout routine. and am looking for something to change things up a bit. Before I ordered I actually saw a lady with a set of TRX and I borrow it for a couple of reps and I like the feeling. but to me the TRX in comparison by the handle felt flimsier, because of the handle. Granted I only have 30 seconds to play with. but this set seemed well made and the quality is top notch. Very satisfy with the built.
As far as the workout. It's insane. having no restriction and friction, you can do some insane cool moves that you cannot with conventional work. This workout is one of a kind. I've been using this system for 2 weeks now. I used it to develop upper body strength and core strength. but I caution people should take some weight training classes before doing it, because you have to know and get used to muscle failure, inorder for this system to work properly. because it is so easy to cheat yourself out of a good workout. but if you know what it feels like when you are working a set of muscles and can replicate it on this system. This is GOLD.
Using it to develop core strength. I love it. and it's fun, you swing your legs from side to side, while trying to get a push up in the middle with your body stability moving around. actually felt like playing, And actually gets me to zone 4 for some moments. I would not recommend it if you are out of shape. but if you are somewhat toned and conditioned. I think this will take you to the next level.

The black buckles on the straps which you move up and down as you lengthen and shorten the straps seem to have been threaded the wrong way. In the photos you can see what I'm talking about, the buckle has a grip on the outside and inside of the buckle but the strap is threaded through so that these grips don't meet the strap. This means that when you use Woss Attack Trainer, the buckles keep falling back down the strap and the strap becomes loose. It's pretty annoying to be honest. If the manufacturer reads this review, can you advise if this is a manufacturing error? Or did you change the way you threaded the straps through the buckle because people were complaining it was too difficult to adjust the straps? I'd prefer if it was a little difficult to adjust the straps instead of them falling down all the time. Anyone complaining about difficult strap adjustment should take up crocheting, maybe?!
