I feel terrible rating something from a company I love as 1 star. I read the box and bottle and nowhere does it say it should be refrigerated. This is a terrible mistake on behalf of the company. Just sitting in my cupboard with all my other supplements it has grown mold twice. The first time I thought my goodness I must have done something wrong. Nope, it grew right back. If this is visible, I can only imagine what is developing inside the sprayer or bottle and not visible. If I bought this again I would keep it in the fridge. I live in Michigan for goodness sake, not exactly a tropical climate. This is dangerous, please be cautious when using this product.

I'm a fan of Garden of Life products... But when I order this B-12 spray, about half of the time I get a bottle that has leaked out and soaked into the cellophane and box. Usually it doesn't bother me, but this last time there was a noticeable degradation in taste. Now, Methylcobalamin is an unstable molecule. Great care needs to be taken to ensure that the product does not come into contact with heat or light. But obviously, the current packaging is not able to achieve a barrier. I wouldn't be surprised if the B-12 molecules in many of these bottles are destroyed. GOL, great product otherwise -- but please consider looking into your quality control for this product line.

This Kind Organics B-12 spray is an extraordinary way to get your B-12 intake; fast, easily absorbed in your body, and furthermore, delicious! It is sweet and fruity. Raspberry, and an organic raspberry flavoring are among the ingredients, and it's the raspberry that is the most immediate flavor for me.

The packaging says "promotes concentration and energy" and with my summer garden in full swing, and learning a new language (Russian!) I need a lot of both. B-12 also helps your metabolism and immune system, and at 70 years old and with cancer, I need both of these aids too.
Shake the bottle well, stick out your tongue, spray, and voila! A tasty way to get your B-12. Non GMO, vegan, organic. Aesthetically pleasing packaging. Kind Organics has produced a 5 Star product here, and I'm feeling the results, even after only a few days.

Sublingual B-12 is the next best thing to injections. It's no where near as effective but it does have enough advantages to make it worthwhile. My biggest perk with this is a noticeable short term energy boost. It's not a spike but a continuous boost for about four hours (everyone is different, you may have more or less) and that makes this a worthwhile item to take in my travel bag when I want to prolong my energy level. The flavor of this spray is pleasant enough, and the bottle is easy to use. It recommends that you refrigerate after opening. I have MS and when I was first diagnosed the Dr. ordered B-12 shots. I asked about other methods and he explained that injection is the only way to get enough in my system to make a difference. I have since tried patches, pills, and sprays for occasional boosts to my constantly flagging energy. Some worked some didn't. Some left me with side effects. I can't make any claims of how much this is boosting my immunity or if there is enough B-12 getting into my bloodstream to make a difference in the things I need to take shots for, but it certainly can't hurt. I'm using it regularly and haven't experienced any negative aspects so I think I'll order more of this when this bottle is finished.

Warning: This stuff is good to a fault... sometimes I take more than I need because it tastes so good - not kidding.

If you are looking for a reputable organic company with a quality product, this is it. Adding Kind's vitamin B12 spray to my short list of supplements was well worth it. I cannot obviously say that you will have the same result, but I have found that a quick spray under the tongue at my 3pm slump part of the day has really helped me maintain energy, when I used to struggle for a nap, or a snack to perk me up.

This is a certified whole food supplement made up of a blend of organic fruits & vegetables (beets, carrots, apple, berries, garlic, and much more- a nice wide variety of colors and the benefits each of those provides) . It has a fruity, pleasant taste that does not linger. Also, nothing artificial added, so it is just a simple naturally sourced vitamin boost- Vegan too, if you are concerned with that.

Though it does not state it specifically, I use it sub lingually, thinking that perhaps it will enter my bloodstream more quickly and/or effectively. I do notice a nice, steady energy and sense of well being after using it. Don't expect a sudden burst, or caffeine like jolt, just a pleasant uplift. Easy to slip into a purse, backpack, or desk to have handy when you feel sluggish. Reasonably priced, too.

Definitely recommended.

I def feel the difference with this B12 spray but it developed mold around the spray nozzle where it comes out. I bleached the nozzle and it grew back. The attached photo is after I bleached it once. I will not continue to use this with mold as it is toxic. Disappointed because I use a lot of Garden of Life supplements
