My pelvic floor was damaged with the birth of my son 13 years ago. Kegals helped somewhat and surgery didn't seem like a good option, so I thought I just had to live with my current situation and hope it didn't get much worse as I aged. Luckily I am someone who is very much into herbal medicine and I believe there is a natural cure for everything, so I began researching and (I can't remember exactly how) I came across this product. I was definitely skeptical, but I had just started dating again and knew that my insecurity over this problem would be a big block to intimacy. I don't want to be too graphic with my descriptions here, so I will just say that things are returning to their previous state. I have been using the pills for about 2 weeks, and so far really good. I felt a clear resistance during sex after only using it for 3 days.
