Used these on my Corsair K70 RGB and it did make a difference, it got rid of the clacking sound but still kept the feel and response of the Cherry MX Brown keys i chose. I grabbed these over every other o ring because they are transparent. With the new RGB keys by corsair, the led's are beneath the switch and it helped keep the same amount of light coming through. I do not notice a difference in lighting with these on. If you have any of the RGB series keyboards by Corsair these will work as intended with the bonus of not blocking any light. 10/10

Love that they do not block the LED's at all. You cannot tell which keys have these installed just by looking at them. Look at the photos... which keys don't have the rings installed? (A: G8 & G11) As for typing, they are a huge improvement for me. I will order these again for my other keyboards.

These O-rings reduce the sound of my keys bottoming out. Typing with them feels alright.
I used these clear O-rings on my Corsair K65 RGB backlit keyboard. They only very slightly reduced the light transmission to the characters on the keycaps. I think it's acceptable to me.

K70 RGB and these clear Rosewill O-Rings rock! Since they are clear, the led light runs through them like it isn't even there. I compared my before and after photos of the O-Ring installation, and I couldn't tell the difference. Since these O-Rings are sound dampeners too, I have to say they work as intended. If you don't really like the sound of plastic keys hitting the bottom of the keyboard, get these. The original sound of typing on the keys still remain, but they sound so much cleaner now. The main reason I bought these was because the price is great and the clear O-Rings don't block the light enough to notice. I highly recommend these for all LED keyboard users in need of a reasonably priced O-Rings dampeners.

If you need an o-ring to keep your keys from bottoming out and thus "clacking," and if you want to reduce the travel distance of your mechanical keyboard keys, then these are a terrific product and they did exactly that for me. They more than serve their purpose.

For my needs, I don't like them. I type on a Das Keyboard 4 Ultimate (clicky blue) and am pretty heavy-handed. I move fast and have considered getting a keyboard with Cherry mx greens just to keep from accidentally depressing keys in my rush. I also enjoy the clacking of the keys when they bottom out, and don't consider it a problem.

That being said, my curiosity led me to apply these my keyboard (it takes some time), and I typed on it for long enough to know that 1)this is a great product that does exactly what it advertises, and 2) they aren't for me. Besides taking away the clack (not the click of the blues. The actuation click is still there), it also reduced the travel distance so much, and made it so easy to press the keys, that I found myself on the backspace bar more often than ever.

So, if you're like me, and you're already considering getting green switches because accidental key presses are your most frequent typing issue, I recommend leaving these for others.

These o-ring as you've seen with other reviewers actually do make a serious difference in two ways:

1)Feel: The Keys now feel way more precise as they require slightly more force to activate however they travel weigh less and activate quicker, with my cherry mx red switches they've lowered the amount of mistypes, and in general it just feels like a noticeably better typing experience.
2) Sound: The sound difference is the main reason you would buy these and they don't disappoint, it literally changes the clacking down to a more normal less noticeable click when bottoming out. If you are a light typist and don't bottom the keys out, it still makes the keyboard quieter and you still get way more response.

Also other reviewers stated a dimming in light quality I have noticed no such thing, the stock LEDs are so bright anyway they cut through these opaque rings anyway and the brightness level lost is negligible at best.

CONCLUSION(TLDR):
If you want a quieter more responsive keyboard that doesn't annoy a friend next to you while typing, and gives a more consistent typing experience then these are what you should buy!

Great for the Corsair K70 RGB with Brown switches. Makes the key travel feel less and now it's not as clackity. I recommend putting 3 on certain keys like the space bar and shift keys, etc, that have 3 holes so that the keys do not wobble as much. Well worth 10 bucks.

Someone mentioned the clear version helping the LEDs stay bright which I don't completely agree with since the LEDs are lit from the bottom of the keys. So if you can get the blacks and save 2 bucks, I'd say do it.ccccccccccccccccccc
