    My daughter loves this sweater. It appears to be well made and is nice and cozy. I'm only giving it 4 stars because the sizing does seem to run fairly small and I think other shoppers would want to be aware of that. I bought the 10/12 for a very skinny 9 1/2 year old (she is on the tallish side, though) and it fits her perfectly. If I'd purchased it for my 11 1/2 year old I think it would have been too small for her. I'd recommend the sweater, but with the caveat to buy it a size larger than your child's usual size.

    Very cute on my daughter. She snagged the sleeve on the second day and it got a hole in it. I'll sew up the hole, and it'll be fine. Not sure if it's the sweater's fault of my daughters. Still a really cute sweater.

    The sweater itself is very cute. I ordered a size big for shrinkage purposes, but it still seems smaller than the typical 14/16. It's too short & the arms are snug. Sadly we are returning this, and there is not a larger size available :-(

    The quality seems fairly nice, however I was disappointed that the description said size 14/16 but it's actually a size 14. Part of the reason I purchased is because of the listed size, which would've given my daughter room for growth.

    This sweater is a very pretty blue and the design on the front of it is really classic looking.

    The ribbing at the sleeves and the waist takes away from the quality of this sweater though. The waist keeps its shape even when pulled on. The sleeves are the problem: the edges are just too rough and loose. This is fine if the sweater is going to be worn cuffed but otherwise, it is going to come loose.

    The hood also seems like something of an anomaly. This sweater has a really classic look, with the knit pattern in the front and the little pockets but then has a hood? It just looks a little incongruous.

    This is a very well-made and generously portioned sweater. My nearly 10-year-old daughter has a very athletic build and generally finds a standard size 10 a bit too tight. Even most 10-12's are just barely right for her in the arms or legs. This sweater fit her quite comfortably with plenty of length in the torso and arms. She is, by pediatric standards, on the tall end of the growth chart, so we often have to buy her one size up in clothing for length. This was plenty long to hit her in the mid-hip area comfortably and had enough length in the arms to cover her hands when stretched out.

    The sweater ordered was for my niece. I ordered a little larger size, because sweaters you can wear big sometimes. She is still growing and I am sure it will fit fine within the year. It is well made, and she tends to get cold easily. Like the hood on it. She loves the sweater.

    It just took too long to be delivered. Delivery on this item was extremely slow.
