Exactly as advertised. Not the best or fastest fan available, but relative to the price. Good quality fan, great connectors and mounting. Would buy again as cheap replacement fans. P.S. the fan are averaging about 1020 RPMs at max, and the air flow is not very noticeable. They are very quiet.

5 stars because I'm running my PC at 20-30c idle, and doing amazing temps running maxed out. They don't make too much sound, they're strong, and 4 of them will really keep things cool.

Stars will lower if I have any trouble but I know the rosewill brand is good enough that I shouldn't have to worry.

they move a lot of air. noise is noticeable but not anything that will make me go insane. i needed them to remove the heat that builds up in my case and they do a great job at it. If you're looking for a pair of fans that wont break the bank. get these.

They function fine. I'm getting more air in my case but they make a little more noise than the Fractal Design fans that came with the case. They work for now but I will probably purchase higher quality fans in the future.
