Nice unit but lacking good instructions. Read reviews into order to learn about installation & what to do if not receiving strong enough signal. It works but can be spotty. The cigarette lighter power adapter died after first use but Amazon sent new part immediately. Disappointed sums it up!!!

Pros:
Greatly boosts voice and 3g signals
Includes high(er) gain exterior antenna than comparable Wilson Electronics- 5db gain vs 3db gain
User adjustable gain settings
Price ~$50 cheaper than Wilson equivalent

Cons:
Included antenna's magnet strength could be better (Wilson has a noticeably stronger magnet)
Included power adapter is cheaply made and doesn't always stay securely in power receptacle.
When in an area where cell coverage is only made possible with the booster, calls will drop when switching towers or signals (ex. CDMA to EV-DO)

Bottom Line: This greatly improves usable cell coverage, however if your budget allows spending the extra $50 for the comparable Wilson Electronics, go with that option. The Wilson provides similar improvement in coverage (approximately same if high gain antenna installed) without the dropped calls when switching signals.

Pros:
Automatically adjusts power levels

Cons:
800Mhz radio died after one year
Cigarette adapter is hard to keep in place
Cable is coming loose from patch antenna after a year of use
You have to have the phone within inches for it to actually boost signal
