These would be so much better if the seed was in a deep, recessed cup of bandage material. These simply sit on the surface of a very tiny flat bandage and that bandage material can be too short to wrap down the side of the seed to make contact with your ear. They're also very difficult to take off of the plastic sheet they come on. I believe these state that a set of tweezers come with this but I didn't receive any. I had to use my own metal tweezers. The picture on the package...that is a rather small ear and the square bandage bends and deforms down the side of the seed so it will not look so neat and square (minor and not altogether expected but some might think otherwise since it's presented as so). It can be quite difficult to apply these on yourself; I'd recommend having your acupuncturist apply them or at least mark the points with a black marker so you can put them in exactly the right point. OH! Big issue with this set of seeds is that it doesn't come with any of the acu-point guides like their other smaller packages named for specific conditions. I had a hard time finding even the miniscule point information I did online. I'd recommend, again, working with a practitioner to map out your ear (print out a black&white photo of your own ears!) and then have them mark the points if not place them themself. There are a couple points I remember from past acupuncture sessions that I like using and will fumble the seed bandages onto to enjoy the benefits.

my acupunturist applied these for a little extra help. They ended up working so well I had to buy some for myself. These stick well in the ear, but the adhesive isnt so fantastic for areas like your hand. 600 go a really long way, so I am sure these will be lasting awhile. I will definiately be repurchasing once I am out. People are always asking what these are and seem very interested after I explain. I carry a single packet in my purse with me everywhere in case I need to reapply.

I'm an acupuncturist and I bought these to use with my patients They the tape size is smaller than previous ear beads I've used. It's much harder to get them to stick on patients ears, the tape size not being quite big enough to cover the bead with enough surface area to additionally hold the bead in place.. I will definitely not be ordering these again.

Ive only been using for a short time, but so far I really think they work. I don't even notice that they are in my ears. There are only 2 things I would change.
1. I would change them to clear, instead of the flesh color....because no one is that same flesh color.
2. I wish there would have been a guide telling where all the pressure points are at. Its a little hard to figure out exact placement.
